Being a Winner

So, what does it take to be a winner? And by winner I do not mean number one, but rather being a success.

Hard work, dedication, learning that includes professional development, and the will to succeed.

There are many more aspects to being successful in your field of work, these are just a few.

I have always enjoyed dabbling with art, more doodles and design type art than actual painting.

I started to take things a lot more seriously after my wife encouraged me to try out some digital painting.

Currently, I work in digital, Chinese water ink, pastels, watercolour and acrylics. I do a crossover style of work in Chinese water ink that I call Asian Fusion, and style my other names as Fusion as well.

In early 2018, I set about learning acrylic painting and became a Moore Certified Instructor.

We present the Moore Method of painting in both Taiwan and South Africa.

It is aimed at absolute beginners to intermediate artists.

Why did I do this?

1. I enjoy being creative,

2. I love art,

3. I want to share this passion with others, whether as a hobby, once off, or to continue further into this field.

It takes dedication, hard work and moving of paint around a canvas to be successful.

In all things you do, try give your best.

Practice, paint, practice and paint some more, and have fun!

If you are not enjoying what you do, then it isn't a pleasure.
